Big North Lodge & & Outposts is a drive-in lodge at Minaki, 25 miles north of Kenora, Ontario, with fly-in outposts at Roger Lake & Maynard Lake. Our fully-guided bull moose hunt is a fly-in Archery Hunt at Roger Lake in WMU 3, hunting out of our deluxe outpost cabins. You will hunt in an area known for its large moose, and our hunt takes place during the rut. The bull responds well to calls at this time, making this a very exciting hunt. Bulls have been taken from as close as 10 yards. Our success rate has been around 40%. We take a maximum of 4 hunter each fall. Our hunt is all-inclusive: accommodations, meals, guide, boat & motor, all flights.

Wassiagomin Lodge
is located on Dog Lake and not too far from the outpost settlement of Missanabie, Ontario. Wassiagomin Lodge has been issued three non-resident archery Bull Moose tags for WMU 32. Ontario residence with their own tags for WMU 32 are welcome to rent a cabin. Wassiagomin Lodge is located just west of the Chapleau Crown Game Preserve where Moose populations are high and the availability of large Bull Moose is exceptional. Their lakeside cabins and clean and comfortable and fishing in Dog Lake is outstanding.

Pasha Lake Cabins is located in Jellicoe Ontario and just west of Nakina. Pasha Lake Cabins could have the best Black Bear hunting in Ontario. There is nothing but wilderness north of their camp and the size of their Black Bears are bigger then you will see anywhere else. Their guests are enjoying a close to 100% success rate with most bears being between 250 and 300 pounds. There are many sightings of bears weighing over 400 pounds. Pine Cliff Lodge
Is located right in the middle of the most productive hunting region in Ontario, which is the vast wilderness between Sioux Lookout and Dryden. The terrain in their area is classical Moose habitat with a high population, thus Pine Cliff Lodge receives two Bull Moose tags and two Cow Moose Tags for WMU 5. They off Moose hunting for Rifle, Archery, Crossbow and Muzzleloader. Black Bear, Moose and Grouse are the main targets. Their large Black Bear Area (BMA) produces bears commonly between 200 and 300 pounds but there are many bears that are larger. The reason is the effort put into baiting their remote tree stands with food bears really like and not just food scraps from the lodge. There are many game trails and old ATV paths in there area where the bush can easily be accessed for hours of fantastic Grouse Hunting. Riffed Grout are very common and all over the place. Guests also harvest the odd Spruce Grouse or Sharptail Grouse, which are not common in the area. Pine cliff Offers both Housekeeping (HK) and American Plan (AP) accommodations. Sandybeach Lake offers outstanding fishing for Smallmouth, Northerns & Lakers.

Indian Point Camp is located on Wabigoon Lake, which is just southwest of Dryden Ontario, and in the center of some of the best Black Bear hunting in Canada. Their bear hunt takes place in WMU 8 and Indian Point hunting guests have a 250 square mile bear management area (BMA) to their own exclusive use. Bear hunters have a 100% sighting rate. The harvest rate could be that high but guests pass on smaller bears because they know there is a great chance of seeing a big trophy.
